As your event approaches, we’ll confirm final details, review logistics, and make any adjustments needed. This is also the time to add enhancements or upgrades. We’re happy to coordinate directly with your event planner or venue to keep everything organized and running smoothly.

For events where alcohol is being served, we are unable to supply alcoholic beverages directly. To make planning easy, we’ll provide a customized shopping guide outlining exactly what to purchase—including quantities, bottle sizes, recommended spirits, mixers, and curated brand suggestions based on your guest count and drink menu.

Prefer a completely hands-off experience? Our Alcohol Concierge service can take care of everything for you. We’ll handle the ordering, coordination, and returns on your behalf, working directly with you for payment and approvals. You simply approve the plan, arrive at your event, and enjoy the experience without the hassle.

Once all details have been finalized, our team arrives 2–3 hours prior to your event to begin setup. At that time, we kindly ask that all alcohol be placed in a designated area accessible to our staff. We will bring everything else needed to create a seamless bar experience—including mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and all bar service essentials.

When service begins, our focus shifts entirely to your guests. From the first pour to the last call, we’re dedicated to delivering a smooth, elevated, and memorable experience so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.

Once service has ended, our team will handle a full breakdown of the bar setup and ensure everything is neatly organized. Any remaining alcohol will be carefully packed up and placed in your designated area for easy take-home.
